Will eyebrow hairs grow back after they're plucked?? (I hope not.) If so, can I pluck the stubble so it won't show?

It's been my experience that if you pluck the same hairs over and over, they will not grow back. The best advice is to go to a professional and have them shapped. If you can't do that, just be very conservative and careful when you pick up those tweezers. Good luck

when i pluck mine it makes me sneeze....so be careful...
