I found a prescription bottle with white oval pills that have K 152 written on them. The "K" looks like a Greek letter. Any idea what this is?

This is a tough one! Closest I've found is Buspirone 10 mg tablets (antianxiety agent), manufactured by Ranbaxy. This is imprinted with the symbol of a letter "C" with a dash in the middle (shown below) and the numbers "152". I will keep this one in mind in case I come across something in the near future.

Ok... I know that this is an old question, but if you are still looking for an answer could you look at the attached photos and let me know which of these imprints looks like the greek "k" that you mentioned?

If it's a prescription bottle then it should have a label on the outside telling you what it is.

They are throw away pills. That applies to any medication found by you and not prescribed for you.
