If they are miss balanced in anyway, holes are obvious, but weighting them so they are off balance will ensure certain numbers are or are not called.
I hope you don't plan on cheating some sweet little old lady out of bingo..

yes that is true sand in the ball or EVEN GLUE ON THE SIDE OF THE BALL that will weight it down as well
