Help answer this question below.
I have seen some stuff at the petstores that you are suppose to spray around your house that calms cats and is suppose to keep them from doing that. i do not remember the name of it but i found it at Petsmart in the cat area. Good luck!!
MY CAT IS VERY FINICKY. IF HER CAT LITTER IS NOT CLEANED OUT EVERY DAY, SHE WILL URINATE IN OUR SHOES, ON A TOWEL IF ONE IS LEFT ON THE FLOOR BY THE SHOWER. IF THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM MAYBE THE CAT LITTER BOX IS TOO DEEP OR NOT LARGE ENOUGH. TRY A DIFFERENT LITTER BOX.
I really wish I had an answer to your question, but I don't...my cat is 11 months old and ever since I got her spayed 2 months ago, she's been doing the same thing (bathroom floor and spare bed).
I'm sorry if this doesn't help but that's just plain weird. But maybe, just maybe, at a pet store they will have pet diapers for cats as they do for dogs.

You're reading I have a 6 month old kitty who used to use the litter box all the time, but since I had her spayed, she's been going on the kitchen table, the floor, the counter, and even the bed! I've tried everything, including locking her in her own room with her box
