Unfortunately it's not possible without an action reply. However, you want to be careful with rare candies - they won't add EVs into the stat gain when you move up a level.

The only way I know of is to let one of your Pokémon HOLD a Rare Candy and clone at the Global Trading Station.

I use action replay and i have 999 Rare Candies on pokemon Diamond and Pearl

you get action replay and every time you walk through a wall if one of your pokemon is holding the rare candyit will have grown a level for every time you passed through the wall, and, your pokemon will still be holding a rare candy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
