Will an engine from a 2001 yamaha r6 fit in a 2003

    I can't give you a totally accurate answer but i believe that Yamaha started fuel injecting their R6 in 03 so you would have to change some things up. I think you would be better off finding a 99 to 02 R6 frame to put that engine in.
