How do I remove the rotors on my 2001 Chevy Tahoe? It is 4wd, with a 5.3L engine.

    To remove the rotor, take the wheel/tire off then remove the caliper from the caliper bracket. Use wire or tie wraps to hang the caliper DO NOT let the caliper hang by the hose. Remove the caliper bracket by removing the two large bolts that hold it to the steering knuckle. Remove the small clip on the wheel stud that holds the rotor on (if it is still there)
    You can destroy it to take it off it is not required.
    Then remove the rotor.
