No to bigfoot, but yes to the UFO. On a 200-mile trip back home from a weekend excursion with three friends, a nurse, and architect and a banker. We were about an hour from home, shortly after dusk, when we noticed a light in the sky which was moving nearly parallel to the highway. The craft followed the highway for approximately another eight or nine miles. We pulled off into a rest area where several other carloads of people were already pointing in surprise in the direction of the craft. Unlike conventional aircraft, it had three very bright solid-white non-blinking lights, but no windows that we could make out from the distance. It slowed to a stop and hovered, dead silent about a half mile to the west of the rest area at about 500 feet in the air. It stayed there for another minute or so, then shot off into the sky. Whenever we get together we still talk about it and to this day none of us has any idea of exactly what it was or where it might have been from. All in all, a very cool experience. As to whether anyone else will believe us, or not, remains to be seen, and frankly none of us really care if anyone believes us or not. The three of us will never, ever forget that night. Remember, just because it's unidentified doesn't mean that it's little green men. It just means that it's unidentifiable. Indeed.
