Me and my girlfriend have been trying to have a baby for a month and a half what else can i do to help her get pregnant as nothing has worked?

It took me six months to get pregnant with first child my 2nd and 3rd I got pregnant within the first few months. The 1st child always takes the longest. But maybe you should conseder haveing more of a relationship then bofriend befor haveing a kid like being married.

Do you have the (ahem) mechanics right? Seriously, that's not that long. My wife and I tried for longer than that before we had our first child. Keep trying. The good news is that the trying is lots of fun!!! :o)

- My thoughts exactly, six weeks is nothing. It's not really a problem until you've been trying unsuccessfully for months, and I would generally consider a year of constant attempts before I'd call it a true issue (or at least enough of an issue to consider fertility treatments, as drugs and babies I feel are always a bad mix, regardless of the fact that they're prescription).

OK..this may sound confusing but worked for me, so read carefully!!

Have your girlfriend count 14 days from the first day of her last period. The next 72 hours will be when she is most fertile. Take those well needed vacation days and have sex like bunny rabbits...LOL

Hope it works out for you. Me and mine never used protection for over 4 years and this is the ONLY thing that worked for me. If doesn't might should have your little buddies checked out or her precious packages!!

Tell her to figure out when she's ovulating and do it then. Should work within a couple of months. doing it all month long won't necessarily improve your chances.

its a proven fact. they cant get pregnant if they are on top. and you cant get herpes if they are on top either. hey, its just the facts.

- its physics! you cant get herpes if your on bottom! i didnt make the rules, and i hate condoms, so i stay on the bottom. i got gravity on my side. have a nice day mozart. and close your windows, because i think your personality and creativity ran off with the dish that went over the moon.

- I hope I don't sound too harsh, but you either had a horrible teacher, or you haven't yet been through the proper education. You are absolutley incorrect about gravity and its effects on pregnancy and STDs. If you do not go and get the proper education soon, you will very likely end up with a very negative life-altering event in the near future.
