  • mountain climbers are great. or some squat thrusts. be creative. you can get a good burn with a little imagination.
  • Walk across the room, but do squats as you walk. Lay on the floor, pull your knees to your chest, straighten your legs straight up, then lower your legs keeping them straight, but don't touch the floor. Repeat.
  • I know This May Seem off-topic....But....Play Dance Dance Revolution, That Will Give you a work out ;D
  • Squats are great for your thighs, you can do calf raises. Stand on a threshold on your toes and go as high as you can about 20 times . Climbing stairs is also great exercise. You could do lunges too.
  • You could look up CrossFit.com. This is an exercise program you can do at home. They post a work out for everyone, everyday. I have seen friends before and after starting this work out program and they look sooo buff. Men and women. It only takes 30 minutes a day and it doesn't take very long to "actually see" results. I have no affilitation with CrossFit, and it sounds too good to be true but it has made a believer out of me because I actually know people doing it and see the results!
