If you have any questions, consult this excellent aftercare site: http://www.tribalectic.com/TragusJewelryAftercare.asp

Use a sea salt solution to help it heal so that a keloid (the scar tissue keeps growing into a bump) doesn't develop.

Jewelry changes before a piercing is healed can cause problems and should only be done when you know you need better jewelry. Tragi tend to heal well when they have straight jewelry instead of curved. Itching is healing, it's what you feel when your skin is knitting itself back together. Sea salt soaks help with the itching as well as speeding up healing.

It sounds like the piercing is having an issue with the jewelry you are currently using; probably an allergic reaction. Also, the length of time between jewelry changes is not long enough. I would go back to the piercing studio and ask your piercer's opinion.

It could be healing but it could also be the quality of the jewelry. If you want the best, go for the highest quality surgical steel (316L). That is the quality of surgical steel used for implants. Nobody that I have ever heard of has had an allergic reaction to that. Some use 14K solid gold but I have even heard of allergies to that. I learned the hard way that I can only tolerate 316L surgical steel. It sounds like it is time to visit your piercer again.
