I use my foot to flush it if i'm in a public place. but i dont use paper to turn the water on/off. most bathrooms now, everything is hands free.. everything except wiping your butt.

Do you use paper to turn the tap off? What about when you go out the toilet door and have to touch the handle you never know who has put their dirty hands on it. I try not to think about all the horrid germs. I carry wipes with me and wipe my hands with them after I come out the toilet.

I use my bare hand to flush but use paper to turn the water on and off.

I also use my foot to flush and i use papertowel, that i already rolled down, to turn the water off and to open the door. idk why you would to turn on the water since you're gonna wash your hands anyway.

How about the light switch? I don't use anything but my hands, we need to be exposed to some germs to build up our immunity, just wash throughly and you will be right mate ;0)

I have always used my foot to flush. I'm getting older but I can still flush with my foot. Yay:) I never touch my hands to anything in a public restroom without holding paper in my hand. Just looking at some of the restrooms makes you want to throw up while you're in there.

No. I carry disposable rubber gloves. i put them on in the bathroom and i take them off, then i wash my hands. clean hands are a plus. those gloves are really cheap, you can buy them by the box. or by the bag in the grocery store where they sell cleaning things.

Always use my foot, not touching a toilet in a public restroom, the only way I'd touch it is with tp, and to insert stink bomb between the lip and the seat so someone sits on it it breaks, though I've never done that before.

No wonder the toilet handles are so dirty, with so many disgusting people using their feet to flush. The bottom of your shoe is far dirtier than the handle would be if everyone used their hands (hence the name HANDle). Touching the handle with your hand won't be a problem if you're going to wash your hands; and if you don't wash your hands, you're the reason the door handles are dirty. If we all would be safe and considerate, we wouldn't need to be germophobes.

If there is no sink yes, but otherwise Wouldn't it make more sense to just wash your hands as soon as your done?

Contrary to popular belief, you can't catch anything from a toilet seat. It is pointess going to all that effort unless you also don't touch the toilet handle, stall door, bathroom door... and probably any other thing you may out your hand on when out of the house! I try to use my elbow where ever possible, and do not touch the toilet seat (just because it is so common for people to pee on the seat... how disgusting!) .. I also carry a bottle of alcohol gel, which I use a lot.
