    he is a buisness man with many of the same powers as spider-man, he wanted to fight for justice as spider-man does but ended up starting a company, he wanted to help spider-man realize his full powers, i think that helping out spider-man was his way of attempting to fight for justice as he hoped to do in the past but never realy accomplished

    trhay had similar powers but in theu end he was afraid of what was coming for him and left peter to be eattin bye a big spider but he relised that spider man does more for good than wah he ever did or cud so he saves him at the last minute and apcepts his fate
