Go to a doctor and find out - it may not be blood, but you never know.

Morning sickness would more accuratly be called all day sickness by many pregnant women. Have her ask her doctor about the possibilty of blood in the vomit. It may not be blood, but if it is, I don't think that is normal. Congrats on you little one! Hopefully she will feel better after the first trimester.

When a person vomits repeatedly (especially with morning sickness), it causes small tears in the esophagus and traces of blood in the vomit. I don't think these tears are dangerous, but you should go to a doctor anyway, especially if it's more than just a little blood.
