I prefer matches and gasoline (in moderation, of course)!
It depends on how many photos you plan to burn, how large (in kilobytes) they are, and the intended use of the disc. If you're going to be distributing copies to your relatives, a CD is usually better because many older computers do not have DVD drives.
If you're archiving for your own uses, then a DVD may be better because it can hold so many more.
For reference, a typical CD-R can hold either 640 or 700 MB of data. A single-layer DVD-R can hold 4.7 GB (more than 6 CDs).
I would use a CD.
CD-RW
DVD. DVD's are compatible with other sources like, a TV with a DVD input, DVD player, etc...
i've used a cd and actually had video's on it too with a few mp3 files on it i think even
A DVD. CD's arent as easy to use.
Better to use Dvd But its all depend on the number of photos you want to add
