Help answer this question below.

A 42 yr old won s1 tournament in thailand,knees and elbows to the head.so why people say to me at 35 that i shud quit while im on top? i think the body can do alot more then we think. what do u think?

    Proceed with caution as long as you feel able ... it is not the years that truly age us, it is the milage.

    Atheletes can play longer than they used to in general. 35 isn't over the hill anymore. Keep going until you can't go anymore.

    The body is at it's top at around 24-25. Thats when we can heal the fastest and work the hardest. You may be able to make the cut-but everyone else will have a advantage over you.

    I'm 56 and I didn't stop and 85+ bone breaks it is hard to walk, a knee and shoulder have to be replaced. You be the judge.
