Help answer this question below.

I find myself- comparing my body to other girls',i try to tell myself i love my body; im pretty i dont feel like its true(im 5'6 160 pounds) and i know im not the skinniest,i kno "curvy" now is to be beautiful-i dont feel that way. anybody know what 2 do?

    First, stop comparing. Most women, even those we consider perfect, see themselves as flawed and less than perfect.

    You have to keep telling yourself you are beautiful and accept your body. Do so every day until you do believe it.

    If you project confidence, others will pick up on that.

    You are probably more beautiful than you're allowing yourself to feel. I know it's really hard, but that is something that many girls have difficulty with accepting because of society's image of beauty. I'm actually doing a project on this for Media. I can send you the link when I'm finished and you can spill out all your opinions if you want. Does that sound good?
