Help answer this question below.

Hi, my last time i smoke marijuana was a year ago,so im joining the USCG im so afraid cuzz of what i did , i dont want to loos my future , so can that be found in my system, also when i used to smoke it ,i smoke like 4 a mounth and that for one year ,

    Your recruiter will be happy to work with you on this. They handle issues like this every day. They are anxious to have you, and can work it out. I used to be a USNC volunteer, and I can assure you, they will find a way.

    Well, the only way they can know is if they do a hair folicle test, and then only if your hair is long enough to have some left from last year. I wouldn't stress it at all.

    At this point it could only be found in your hair if you haven't cut it since the last time you smoked.

    I smoked every day for six months and more than once per day! quit three days before a drug test for a job interview and it was clean! All these people who say it stays in your stystem for six months and so on are so full of it! Even my cop friend say they train you that it stays for 3 days. If you are very heavy and have been smoking super heavy for years, you may have some stored in your fat cells but like the above say, only test that can detect it, is hair and only as far as it has grown since you quit would be clean. I would cut it to about six inches long. That way even if they did a hair test, which I seriously doubt, it wouldnt be there. And.... dont ever tell anyone! Dont be so parinoid, you arent even smoking anymore, the parinoia should be over by now! LOL! You will be fine! But I am going to keep smoking cuz I like it! and... I am legal!!!
