My friend and I always like to try new things, but we take turns. That day was my turn. I had a hard time making myself actually bite into it, and eventually got a tentacle off. It was rather rubbery, but actually tasted ok. I could NOT bring myself to bite into the body, however. <shivers at the thought>

Well I think your very brave...I wouldnt have done it..although I have eaten calamari loads...I guess its the same thing just about... except presented a little more favourably :D

OMG!!! I was just in Tesco earlier doing some shopping...they had octopus in a jar just like in your picture. i couldnt believe it there were about 6-8 inside the jar...gobstruck!!!
