:) well to be honest i had the same question. but what it is, its a bottle with a special spout, this spout is inserted inside of a womans Vaginal opening or a womans or males Anus. Once inside the operator squeezes the bottle forcing liguid inside, as the liquid comes out of the natural openings it flushes any contaminants or foreign body's out. Typically it is used after a womens menstral cycle to clean the remenance out, but occasional y it is used for clean the rectum for anal sex. :) hope it helps. Good question by the way.
