Help answer this question below.

My ex gf went for another guy at new years while she was with me and sees him everyday since. abut she says she still cares for me and im sure she does. but it hurts seeing her with him every single day. she likes to rub it in my face telling me bout him.

    I'm beginning to sound like a divorce court lawyer: please, move on. She is hurting you and she needs to know that she can't. Get some counselling about grieving (look on the internet for the stages of grief) because you need to be at acceptance, so she can't keep digging in her claws. You need boundaries around you that keep people like her out, and they can be found, if you talk to the right counsellor.

    So she left you on New Years to be with another guy? There is no reason other than masochism that you should keep talking to her. You won't get "closure" from her either if she's really that insensitive. It will take time, it won't feel good right away, but you will need to move forward. Honestly, if she did that, you are better off without her. I know that sounds trite, but it is true. It probably would have happened sooner or later. Why does she feel the need to talk to you about him anyway? Is she really intending to rub it in your face or does she think you're a good friend now that she can confide in? Again, another sign of insensitivity. She needs to know how much it hurt you if she doesn't already, so let her know and then stay away from her.
