i'm serious! anyhow, i'm laughing now that this was an actual anti-drug slogan. i thought "just say no" was ridiculous, but i think "hugs not drugs" has got to be *even* more ineffective. i mean, did they even think about how that applies now with ecstacy being so popular? that's hugs plus drugs. i'm just sayin'...
