Where is the starter relay on a '95 Corola? My Chilton's book shows one in a wiring diagram but does not identify it anywhere in the book. There is an 'Engine Main' relay, is that it?

In the junction box behind the left side kick panel. To the left of your feet while you are driving. See Picture

I think we are close. Is it a stick or an auto. I think you said neutral safety switch. If it is an auto, that is the next place to go. The safety switch is on the trans under the shift lever. I think it's on the trans kinda under the brake master cylinder. There is a connector on the switch. You need to check the continuity between pins N and B (see picture). They should show closed when in N or P and open every where else. You can also check pin B for voltage when you turn the key to crank. Oh boy I can smell victory now!!

Here is the picture. If there is no power at this connector then go to the Ign switch. Black W/white strip The pin number is shown on the other diagram.
