If we make this "have masturbated" then probably about 100%, it's actually a really common age 1-4 activity until your parents catch you and convince you that if you ever do that again you'll go blind or something. Actively masturbate? Probably depends on age group.

95%. I would say the other five percent is from people that focus thier minds on not doing it, I.E. religious sects. And I would say a great deal of the ones that are not supposed to do it has slipped off somewhere at one time or another.
