How can you tell the gender of a kitten?

    Are the kittens newborn? You should be able to determine their sex by holding one in the palm of your hand, gently, and taking a good look "down there". Females will have a tiny bump or bulge with a teeny tiny crease, hence female. Males, well......they will have not-so-pronounced tiny "balls"...LOL! When they are a few weeks old you should be able to notice their little "fuzz-balls" as I call them. I have determined the sex of many kittens and am usually 99% correct. :)

    sometimes it's really hard to tell sometimes it's obvious. A friend told me that a female has an exclamation mark while a male has a question mark. She was refering to genitals.
