What are the differences between wheels and bearings on a skateboard?

    Ok well wheels are the outer layer of the skateboard. Well the wheels are what make you roll faster. But the bearings are what make the skateboard go faster and smoother. Without the bearings, you couldnt roll anywhere. The Bearings are the little small circular ring-shaped metal that goes in the WHEEL. so i think that suns it all up.
