  • It can be hard to learn to control the car when you are first starting out. My son is 15 and learning to drive. If there is a large, empty parking somewhere nearby have an adult go with you to practice driving there. That is what I did with my son and he got to practice parking and going around things, going over speedbumps, etc. without the stress of other cars around.
  • Absolutely! You are learning. Relax, slow down and pratice, you will get the hang of it:)
  • Overcorrection is a very common problem for new drivers and it is not abnormal or bad in any way. You'll get the hang of it, just don't rush to get behind the wheel of that car before you've had lots of practice though. Good luck!
  • To help keep stop over correcting, try looking farther down the road. If you look at the road right in front of the car you have a tendency to swerve back and forth.
