Help answer this question below.

My condo association informed me over two years ago that my deck was unsafe and to avoid use. To this date the deck has received no repair at all while they raised my dues 20%. Am I screwed?

Your best bet would be to contact a lawyer. They will be able to review your HOA contract, etc. and give you much more specific advice on how to proceed.
