I lived in the U.S.A and smoked some pretty good weed (damn good weed)most likely coming from california. I also travel to Canada and drove from Calary to B.C. and had the opportunity to smoke some good B.C. big bud and other varities.I haven't travel all around the world so i can't really say what country cultivate the best cannabis. All i know is when i come back home i cant wait to smoke a nice JAMAICAN HIGH GRADE. some include. lambsbread,haze,sea of green, kiki,alaska,mango,pineapple,skunk,purple skunk,super skunk, silver skunk, white widow etc...

If your looking for quality and accessibility. Then its definatly B.C. You can walk up to pretty much anyone and get your shit. But for price ,you gotta know the right people for getting good deals.The reg price is almost 10 bucks a gram.

Lol I live in Holland and believe me, all your grow skills come from the Dutch people, however the best hashiesh are Morrocan or any other arabic hash.

But believe me, our weed always wins the weed cup.

And according to the statistics our weed have about 15% MORE THC-rate than anywhere in the world.

But yeah, you pay for what you get here, but yeah also we earn more each month than most countries. So the prices come because of what our country can spend not because our shit is bad infact, we have quality. But people: AMSTERDAM = a place where only tourists come, so you pay like 2/3 euro's more a gram than you buy in (example) Tilburg or Eindhoven or Rotterdam.

Like for example most hazes u buy in Amsterdam u pay at least 12/14 euro's.
The cheapest haze in Rotterdam = 9 euro maybe 8 euro if there is a special price on it that time. Even on the streets here you can buy quality hazes for about 6/7 euro a gram, but that's the good thing about being a citizen here in NL, we know where to get the best stuff like you guys know in your country.

In my opinion the best weed comes from Rotterdam, all I hear from people that visist other countries (local ppl) that they had the most expensive and crappiest weed ever.

Even on the streets here you get quality stuff sometimes even better than our coffeeshops, only yeah, a rip-off is easy to get, you got to know your people here or else don't buy weed off the streets in holland.

I've been lucky enough to travel around the world for most of my life (my dad is a diplomat, I graduated from highschool 2 years ago) and so i've burnt through a fair amount of bud from around the world. As far as walking down the street and hoping to find a good price for bud that wont let you down (8-12$ per gram depending on strain and relation to dealer), Canada is king (BC is best known, but Ontario and Montreal are pretty much on par).
Cali weed is great too, but only about half of American weed is even grown on home soil- foreign schwag floods the market and therefore you never really know what youre paying for, not to mention the fact that youll end up paying almost twice as much for it as you would in Canada.
Something has to be said for Africa being the best for outdoor grown bud (Cali has some great outdoor plant too, but as far as prices go, Africa wins hands down). Ive picked up 20 grams for under a dollar a gram in Addis (ethiopia, land of zion), I shit you not- comparatively speaking its still more lucrative than any other crop there anyway, even at that price. As far as Asia goes, Nepal is probably the spot to be at. Walk down a street in Thamel (Kathmandu) and if youre under thirty and look open minded, dealers will walk up to you and try to sell to you within seconds (...literally- weed was legal there til the 70's). Weed there is actually pretty shitty in Nepal, but the hash is good, or atleast decent, and extremely cheap if your not an easily ripped tourist. Try out the pollen too- its got a nice, distinctive taste and makes a good mix with the shitty weed there, but the schwag is so cheap that besides an occasional headache, your still buying more pure THC than you would in Canada for the same price about about 5 times over- plus, if youre not local, you can smoke right in the streets. If you even have to haggle there, start veeery low. You'd be suprised. Southern Asia is a good spot as far as prices go- however slightly more developped asian countries like Thailand and Singapore will give you insane troubles when trying to find good herb- not to mention a life sentence if your not careful (especially in Singapore). Even if you do find some ganj, it probably wont be very good and it may be pretty steep (price isnt an issue in Thailand, just quality).
I bought some Australian bud in Melbourne for 12 AUS$ a gram and it was good hydro, but thats all I can say about that part of the world- its no BC bud, though.
Last summer I went on a eurotrip with my friends with the inevitable stop in Amsterdam. Although its a great spot to visit, the legallity of it just makes it more pricey because of taxes on bud. Honestly, its not like you would have trouble getting weed in Canada (BC particularly) anyways. Having said that, ive never met a homegrowing supplier with that kind of variety. A good dealer who isnt growing himself might have 4-6 different strains on him at a time, depending on how big his operation is- In Amsterdam youll have more options than youll know what to do with. Its better for hash than North America because of accessability- dealers i know usually pick up hash by request or have a single type on em at a time- Amsterdam will mindfuck you because of options.

Nepal: fuckin cheap dirt schwag, but much better hash that is still very, very cheap. Thamel is the single best spot for hash in the world because its the only place I know of that the dealer will come to you. You wont get caught, and if you do, a 10$ bribe will more than suffice (dont know anyone whose been caught and isnt nepali, though). No variety whatsoever, just varying qualities (youll never hear strains being thrown around here). Weed is cheaper than tobaccs... nuff said.
Quality: 3/10 (weed) 7-8/10 (hash- pollens great too) Price: 9-10/10 - Accessibility: 10/10- Variety: 2/10

Africa in general- Ethiopia's weed is likely the cheapest in the world, and its not terrible, but usually still non-strain schwag unless you have connects. Theres a reason rasta colors are red yellow and green. South African bud is better, but not as cheap. Hash is far less common in Africa. Locals can usually put you in the direction of some pot.

Amsterdam- It says something that you can buy weed here with the swipe of a credit card and then post up and burn bud indoors under some trippy light set-ups. Variety like no other, with great bud if youre willing to pay premium for it.

Ive never been to Jamaica, but my brother has, and from what I hear I expect its good, cheap bud. Not to mention, its engrained in the culture... I dont think theres anywhere else id rather smoke a doobie (bob marley in the background, getting baked with some rasta... what a scenario)

half of these people dont know what their talking about. you can tell by the little words in their comment. for one, its not weed its cannabis. 2 there is not a place where they have better ganja. it gets imported and exported to EVERYWHERE, so what your smoking is probably a mix of everywhere. and dont start trying to say shit about how other places use better soil, or how or where its grown. because if you know how, you can grow the same bud you did before anywhere. so everywhere has the equal quality bud. but when it comes to prices. id say Amsterdam.

But The Netherlands does have the best weed for sure. Don't buy in the busy tourist coffeeshops in Amsterdam city centre. Too expensive and a lot of the times the weed is not as good. Holland is small as shit so go about to get some real good stuff.

USA (Califorinia) also has some awesome stuff though.

amsterdam, and usa but the best part in the us to score would be humbolt county california. some of the best conditions in the world for growing. so the weed there is dank. unlike my part of the us i live in the weed is terrible

Swaziland. It's in Southern Africa and it shares borders with Mozambique and South Africa. Extremely good quality for mind-blowingly low prices. Easily buy like 5g for the equivalent of 4USD. I know, crazy right? + It's mainly skunk and sold pretty much everywhere.

I live in Australia, and there are a lot of american and canadian tourists here the first thing they wanna do is smoke the Adelaide bud that is transported all over Australia. and they say it's the best they've smoked, easy to get hold of, and depending on what state you get it, we have some good prices too.
