go see a cardiologist.

Ask your regular doctor to talk to the hospital and find out what they have to say. My DIL was very surprised to find out that her chest pains were due to a gall bladder infection and gall stones.

My friend used to have something exactly like that, but since we dont talk about it much, she didnt tell me how she fixed it. She said that when she gets really excited, or runs for a long period of time, she has to sit down or lie down and rest (with a drink of water). I guess what you can do is find what triggers these 'episodes' and see a professional GP about it.

These are the same symptoms that I have with my pilersy, fluid build up in my lungs. It is not detectable, but is not considered dangerous, unless you have a real bad case of pnemonia. It comes and goes every few months for me.

I have a heart murmur... sounds similar. The pain comes from it trying to correct the beat. Ask the Doc for a monitor. It last usually 48 hours and catches the issue. In health care, we have to push and push. You know your body, they don't. Good luck!!!
