iv never really ran in to a problem like this and im not great with alarm systems, but so long as it isnt an alarm/immobilizer combo then you should be able to pop the hood and find the speaker and just remove the wires from it. the alarm will continue to go off but without a speaker you wont hear it and they usually quit on there own eventually. just be sure to wrap the positive conector that you remove from the speaker in electrical tape so as is doesnt short out on anything under the hood.

if the alarm is also fitted with an immobilizer then your gonna have to get in touch with a vauxhall dealer. who wi;ll be able to shut it off and sell you a keyfob that is programmed for your alarm system
