Help answer this question below.

I have dvd shrink 3.2 version. I have used it for many use without any problems till now. Can anyone help as the disc draw use to open when it was reading to burn to a blank disc and now it doesnt. I cant even burn from the hard drive like I use too. HELP

Dell PC works fine until I insert USB plug into port. screen goes black and gives errors. Hold in the power button start up runs perfect.
