I say make it legal for more than that! Medical use is a hot issue with marijuana now. With the pharmaceutical companies charging out the ass for painkillers, patients with serious pain can consider medical marijuana a great cheap alternative. I personally knew an older man with a terminal illness. The medications he was on made him have absolutely no appetite. He used marijuana not only to help him with pain, but to help him have an appetite so he wouldn't starve himself.
