I am a woman and I hate wearing panty hose, but will when required. My boyfriend loves when I wear them and I hope I NEVER see him in any.

As I'm not a woman, I can't speak for them, but I've never had any difficulty with women while wearing short skirts, pantyhose, and high heels out and about as a man. That is, unless you consider women ogling my legs as "difficulty."

If they like why shouldn´t men wear pantyhose? I think they like the sheer silken feeling on their legs. And for me smooth shaven legs on a man and a pantyhose with that can look very sexy.

Most fashion that women wear including hose have already at some time in the far past been a male garment. It is just the stupid ignorance of those here in the US that have never studied history.
