Since the Flash's legs move so fast, does that mean he can jump high/far too?

    His jumping ability is a function of his speed at take-off and the qualities of his running surface. Run Flash off a 45-degree ramp and his horizontal and vertical maximums are constrained by his velocity and defined by the laws of physics for 2-dimensional ballistic motion.
