    in some of the comics Harvey dent (two face) helps batman...then in the arkham comics he lets batman go even though the coin falls on the scratch side, after the joker drives batman almost insane!

    Catwoman (Selina Kyle) had periods of reformation in the comics, eventually returning to crime. Talia (Ra's al Ghul's daughter), Anarky and Catman are Batman opponents who have become, if not exactly good, not exactly villainous either.

    Many of Batman's villains are evil by reason of insanity. Recovery is rare. Two-Face had at least one interlude of apparent sanity (after plastic surgery) in which he returned to his old (good) life.

    No, unless you count Mr. Freeze at the ending of Batman and Robin. In The Batman episode called The Joining part 2, the villains helped The Batman, Martian Manhunter, and the cops defeat aliens.
