Yes. Stand around a DDR machine for a couple hours. You'll catch at least a couple idiots with no sense of tempo or rhythm having a glorified seizure while the arrows yell "BAD!" at them.

Yes it is, I have seen people that cannot feel the music at all. That is really sad.

I was surprised about that , I thought all of us had rhythm until a friend never could get a beat at all . That really took me by surprise -- Yes its possible

I read your question and the first thing I thought of was music. But I actually have a really off rhythm in speach. My wife and I were talking about my odd cadence when it comes to conversation. I tend to stop, think then continue. So I have no rhythm when it comes to conversation.
