Usually anything and everything on or in the car becomes the banks. They auction the stuff off along with the car by selling the car "as is." My neighbor's car was repossessed with his kids Christmas gifts inside, the bank told him he should of known the repossession was going to happen and if he was so concerned he should of removed all contents after skipping the first payment.
it all depends on the repo man - usually not - and you usually have a right to get your personal belongings back, but not components of the car

I've been paying on a judgement for 9 years ...it was my ex-wifes medical bill...but my name was attached to the judgement...so I have paid $12,000 toward the bill (originally$14,000) collections says I still owe $20,000 in interest & court fees any help?

You're reading When a vehicle is repossessed with wheels and rims purchased separetly do you not have some time to return the original wheels and rims in order to get yours back besides other personal items that may have been in the vehicle?
