Do you get enough 'quality' sleep? Or do you spend the whole night dreaming all kinds of crazy dreams? Are you stressed a little bit? I find when there's less on my mind, I get better sleep.

You should get blood tests you could be aneamic or you could need to get more oxygen into your lungs with exercise.

It means it's time to go to the doctor and have a batch of tests run. Tiredness can have many, many causes from trivial to very serious.

I think you might need more exercise. Make sure your diet is very healthy.

My initial reaction is to say stress or depression can cause fatigue - but so can a host of physiological issues as well. If the first two are out, I would recommend seeing a doctor to rule out other issues.

you need to rest your mind before you go to bed.. take a bath with chamomile and lavender its a nightime relaxer for legs and muscles its a calming bath made for kids you can get it in any baby section sounds weird but it really works I know because I use it.

If I feel bored and that things are not going well or just staying the same, I feel tired.
