You're reading Cop called 11am; said she saw me 915am running stop sign. She didn't recall 16-wheeler tailgating/scared me. Thought I stopped? or 5mph?She dropped the ticket off in my usps mailbox@noon, without a stamp, with my ok. I contested. Can I win/CT? Tx

Cop issued many tickets, getting license plates by videocam I assume. If I had the opportunity to talk to her at the scene, I would have pointed out the monstrous truck tailgating me, which I felt might rear-end me. I kept pumping the brakes, but apparently all she saw was that I might have gone through the stop sign. I thought I stopped. She did not remember me, my car, anything, as the tickets are mass-produced. She observes a car, gets the plate, calls the car owner, confirms driver, issues ticket, and could care less about my response. Thanks.

well if it was by video cam they should be able to review the tape and see the truck behind you and you could use that in court
