As far as I can tell, no, there is no accredited degree available in writing grants. Grant writers often need a degree in technical writing, business, or a related field, though some have bachelor's degrees in other subjects such as administration, education, English, etc. I did see a few places in doing a google search that have classes online or programs you can order that say that they teach grant writing skills.
