I got a ticket for turning left on red light. The officer wrote the wrong color for the vehicle on the ticket. Any change of having this dismissed?

    No. all incorrect citation infomation can be corrected in traffic court.

    Maybe the officer had on dark glasses?

    The color of you vehicle in this case is irrelevant. I assume you driver info and plate number were correct. You broke the law, you're accountable. If it was a mistake, you can plead your case to the court. Otherwise, you have to pay the ticket.
