You're reading I'm trying to quit smoking. I'm 23 and have smoked for about 8 years. I don't want the patch or gum would it be better to just try to stop all of a sudden or to lower the amount of cigarettes gradually?

I guess that would be the best way to do it. It just sucks that it seems to be so hard. But hopefully my will can keep me going and I can quit soon enough.
