  • Yes it seems you have Flu. Analgesics, antibiotics, cough syrup. Throat lozenges etc
  • Sounds like you probably have a fever. That can cause aches and muscle soreness like that. Unpleasant, but I'd just suggest some Aspirin or Ibuprofen (Advil).
  • Maybe your sneeze muslces need to be worked out more.
  • I don't know what it is, but I had the same thing for a few years.
  • Find the cause of this sneezing and make it stop... quick!!! I always get the sneezes at the very beginning of a cold/flu right before the soar throat and fever hit, hopefully this isn't the case and you are just sitting too the pepper shaker.
  • Hey I have the same problem.Pain shoots thru my body all over, almost paralizes me it hurts so bad,..then it goes away after a little while,...Now when I sneeze,I feel like something is going to burst in my lower throat. Its very painful. I think I might need to go to the doc,.. its starting to worry me. Its been doing this for some time now.
  • I get the same thing and have for years and its not the flu or from a cold or fever. When I sneeze i get shooting pains down my legs, arms, and back. It hurts bad for a couple minutes but seems like forever. I've never found what its from exactly but i'm pretty sure its a food allergy...most likely a grain allergy like wheat, corn or soybeans. Mine is from wheat and sometimes i slip and have too much of it and eventually makes me sneeze. I'd say go to an Allergist to find out what all your allergic to. Everyone should, you may be surprised what they find. I didn't think I was allergic to anything.
  • These "Death sneezes" have been happening to me as well, since my teens, but not frequently. For the past couple of days, it has happened to me, as a result from cleaning the garage, which contained a lot of dust, making me sneeze. It hurt so bad throughout my chest, shoulders, and arms that I was down for the count and for a couple of minutes afterwards. I've always been a "hard sneezer" but this was very painful. I can't figure out a way to lessen the pain besides being a "squeaker". Hopefully it goes away real soon. -Angel http://www.FearlessIncome.com
  • The problem is hydraulic at root, and cardiac abstract. When you sneeze it accelerates blood flow. It's putting pressure on your vessels. IE: Your vessels are blocked or constricted. You probably did not notice this as a kid because it did not happen. It's only years later after smoking, drinking, eating garbage, etc.. and generally abusing your body to the point you have mild or a precursor condition to arterial disease, that you are noticing. If you want it to stop.... get healthy.
  • I really don't know when it started, but it's becoming horrible, even when I cough it hurts all over my body, specially on my arms and arround my neck. Sometimes this pain gets up to my eyes... scary! It's like a little blackout. I really need help. Someone told me this is because an excessive pressure on the solar plexus... ??
