  • Yes, they do. A quick look at BMW's web site (http://www.bmw.com/com/en/index_highend.html) shows that they have two models of sports utility vehicles (the X3 and the X5). Both of these models come with xDrive. This is what BMW calls their all wheel drive system. I did not check any of their other models, but here are two anyway that do have 4WD.
  • Yup they sure do. BMW calls their 4WD the xDrive all-wheel system. Not only do the X3 and the X5, BMW's sport utility vehicles have 4WD, but also BMW's 325xi, 330xi, 330xd have it as well. "Takes all surfaces in its stride. The BMW xDrive All-Wheel drive system In the BMW 325xi, 330xi and 330xd, the xDrive all-wheel drive system provides more traction, directional stability and safety. On dry roads, xDrive distributes 40% of the power to the front wheels and 60% to the rear, combining the advantages of four-wheel drive with the agility of a BMW 3 Series. If the system senses the possibility of the car spinning when driving on wintry roads, it redistributes power between the axles within milliseconds, preventing under- or oversteer before it starts." http://www.bmw.com/com/en/index_highend.html (do a search for 4wd or xdrive in bmw's search bar)
