I'm going to guess you don't mean children's books, because when my son was a toddler I read "Good Night Moon" more times than I can count. I have read "The Stranger" By Albert Camus several times. I have also read the British Translation and the American Translation of it. There are other books that I have read at least twice, once in the original language and once in English. One I can think of off the top of my head is "Like Water for Chocolate". I did an Independent Study at university on "The End of History and the Last Man", so I read that book inside and out for an entire semester.

The Dragon Riders of Pern series is an old friend that I pull out every few years. I have read quite a few twice, but that one stands out.

I rarely reread a book much less read it several times. I'm a voracious reader and there are so many I haven't read yet that I can't stand to retread old ground. (I'm like this with movies too, but not with TV strangely enough). There are one or two I do tend to revisit. Watership Down is one of them. The Hobbit is another. And I've read A Wrinkle in Time many, many times, mostly when I was young.
-
I read twice the Harry Potter series.
