I think a person would need to know more about the truck, were the 142,000 miles hard miles. what was the truck used for? just becouse it has 35" tires and a 6" lift doesnt make it worth more unles it is in good condition.Is the engien in good shape? based on the info you gave i would not offer more than $2,000 or less,Take a good inspection of the truck.Check the rear end,The drive train,check to see if it has ever been wrecked,It is a used truck and will not be without its troubles,you dont want to spend that kind of money and buy a head ach.But ask yourself how much is it worth to you?
