Help answer this question below.

I am just curious women, I enjoy cooking and helping to do everything around the house. Why is it when I meet anyone, they are amazed I can cook so good and I am a cowboy at heart but I get the end of the stick if you know what I mean. too nice?

You cook and clean????!!!! Where have you been all my life? I have to agree maybe you are picking the wrong women. I tend to pick the wrong guys...maybe you have the same problem. :)

Maybe its just the types of girls you go for. My hubby does all the above too & I appreciate every bit of it. Personally I think its sexy when a man can cook & clean & take care of himself because that means I won't have to do it all if we get together. And be rugged & fix things at the same time(meow..purrrrrr)

- My hubby's the same. Alot of people have a hard time with it and call him whipped, but he's a former Marine and far from whipped. He understands the benefits of team work and cooperation in a relationship. Keep looking and I'm sure you'll find the right lady.

- Hey, my husband wasn't military and does all those things. I credit his mother, who taught him well. Plus, he doesn't mind if I do the plumbing and electrical work, which I think is fun. And he STILL opens jars for me!

- lol - yes. Well something about fire hazards. You have to be careful to keep the wires straight and make sure they are properly insulated and capped and things. Other than that, it's really not as hard as they make it sound. Actually plumbing is worse, because with electricity the worst that happens is it doesn't work or causes a small electrical fire, which you put out. With plumbing, you have a HUGE water mess if you didn't do a great job.

you present yourself as a cowboy...& nobody aspect cooking from a cowboy...you change your presentation be more n more mild everyone will have a plesant surprise when you will cook.

Seriously, you are picking the wrong women. Try meeting women in the grocery store and striking up a conversation or maybe in a book store in the cook book section, or maybe evnr in the isle of the cleaning products, those women would more than likely have something in common with you. Good luck.

Nah,youre not to nice.I'm married to a former marine and believe me,he knows how to clean and iron .He's more than happy to jump in ,is it cleaning itself or keep an eye on the baby while I'm doing it...I do love it.I wished the world would be a better place if more men step up to "skirtwork"(I heard that last night on "wife swap"- so silly)

When my husband and I met he would help out in the kitchen most of the time, but now he feels that it's just not necessary. He also seems to think that cleaning isn't at all his job. Would you like to come and show him how it works again...

- Obviously he needs to realize how special you are! To be alone in this world is not something that is admired! I once had someone that loved me but things strayed and we as people forget how special we have things until they are gone!
  I am sure he loves you but needs reminding how special you are for doing the things that you do! I hope he comes to his senses as guys like me have so much to give and have no problem proving it if they really want what is in front of them
