A man's straight if he's straight. There are plenty of men that can admit to another man's attractiveness, and that doesn't make them less straight. I'm sure there are even men who have been attracted to other men, but remain straight. Straight is straight, gay is gay, bi is bi. *shrug* If females are your sex of choice, then being attracted to anything else occasionally doesn't mean anything. You can still be straight.
For this specific thing, I would definitely say the person is still straight by any measure. Because for all it appears, you're looking at a woman, hence the attraction.
