No, as a matter of a fact any game of poker can be played at any table. From a regular kitchen table to a nice green velvet table, any table can be used as long as it seats everybody. There is of course that great feeling sitting at a nice, new, beautiful poker table, but it is by no means required.

no not at all - just one big enough to fit all the players around it, chips, and the table cards, and that's about it.
